Plymouth Hoe looks out across Plymouth Sound a world renown natural deep water harbour a view that has been photographed and painted countless times over the years, and we are delighted to be able to publish 'The Hoe' by Stewart Middlemas.  Stewart is known for his wonderful use of colour in his Harbour and waterside scenes and this certainly holds true in this piece, which is already up there as one of our favourite artistic interpretations of this iconic view. Autumn Tones

There's something quite nice about putting the flip flops away and digging out your boots and cosy jumpers. We notice that all of a sudden the lush green of summer has faded and brightened into all the beautiful Autumn tones of reds, oranges and yellows.
