Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked the most.

Order help

Browse through our products to find what you want by using the menu along the top of the screen. If you know exactly what you want, use the search function on the top left hand side of the screen to quickly locate your item.  There are also a number of other search filters that can be used to narrow down your search, these are located as sub categories within the to line menus.

Once you have chosen your product click on it and you will be taken to a product detail page where you can choose the size and/or format of the product.  Once you have done this simply click on the “Add to basket” button below the sizes and you will be transferred to your shopping basket.  You can either decide to carry on shopping or proceed to the checkout and complete your order.


If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen please inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.  When sending out exchanged products there will be a further carriage charge.  More details are set out below in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013;

You have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the products to change your mind, unless your products are split into several deliveries over different days. In this case you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive(s) the last delivery to change your mind about the products.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must notify us by post, email or telephone that you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Where applicable, please keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.

If the products have already been dispatched to you or you have already received them, you must return them to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of your order to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products to us.

Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost unless an item is faulty or delivered in error.  We cannot be held responsible for any lost items so would advise that you always obtain a proof of posting.

At this time we can only offer delivery to UK Mainland addresses excluding Highlands and Islands, we are however, happy to look at prices/options for areas outside this on a individual basis.

Almost every piece of our artwork is printed and framed to order in Devon, we aim to dispatch all prints within five working days of receipt of your order.  Pictures are large fragile objects and therefore require packaging properly to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition, which is reflected in the cost.
